This program is designed to help you gain a new understanding about time, what you do with it and what is in your way from maximizing your personal effectiveness.

 

It shows you how to eliminate the root causes of poor productivity and performance so that you can have more clarity, focus, energy, confidence, and the right daily habits to become 3-5 times more productive than you are right now

  • Create a Generalization List – Write down all ideas that you get, anything that pops up for how you can achieve your goals. Keep them all in one list.

  • Organize the list – Break it up into categories (Business, Financial, Health, Experiences, etc.)

  • Prioritize – Which ones are critical? Which are urgent? Which are important? Which are trivial?

  • Write all of your planned activities for each day on your Daily Results Planner, recording them either as crucial, urgent, important or trivial.

When feeling overwhelmed, ask yourself:

  • Do I have to do it myself?

  • Can I delegate it?

  • Can I defer it to later?

  • Can I delete it?

Recommended Daily Ritual: Each evening, ask yourself, what am I most grateful for today?

  • Sit down and review your goals.

  • Close your eyes and visualize achieving your goals and overcoming any obstacles.

  • Take 15 minutes to fill out your daily results planner for the next day.

  • Focus your first 90 minutes of the day on achieving your critical and urgent goals for that day. Your energy and productivity will be highest during this period.

  • Make time for meditation
